Strategy PathWest provides a quality scientific service and it receives very few complaints. However PathWest will make staff aware that, should a person wish to complain, that person should be provided with sufficient means to lodge a complaint in a similar manner as that of other people. Outcome Six: Tasks Task Timeline Responsibility PathWest will include in a newsletter to staff, a reference to dealing with any person who wishes to lodge a complaint about any matter, including Disability access. January 2010 – December 2011 Executive Director Easier-to-read versions of publications, as outlined in outcome 3 will include details of where to lodge complaints or to leave comments, about Disability Access or other matters.
