PetroSpect employees have rewarded
themselves by working for 4.0 years without a
recordable injury or illness. 11 years at
ExxonMobil and 6 years at Chevron injury free.

PetroSpect employees have worked 825,000
safe work hours since our last injury.

PetroSpect employees have had 2 injuries over
the last 5 years.
Objective


are our primary asset in sustaining our premier and outstanding
performance recognition.

while performing tasks when the employee perceives the task to
be low risk and high frequency.

◦ We listen to the employees and take into consideration their belief
