Terms of delivery
1.
The price list states valid prices excl. taxes at the date presented in the price list. Delivery terms ex
works – (Incoterms 2010) Tranberg AS, Strandsvingen 6, Stavanger, NORWAY.
2.
All prices subject to change without prior notice. Prices stated on date of delivery is valid unless other
agreements are made. The prices are for standard packaging. If a standard package has to be split,
NOK 50,- will be charged
on each article which is meant to be sold in its standard packaging.
3.
Packing excluded and not subject to be returned to Tranberg AS. Packing may be charged separately
as necessary (e.g. EUR-pallets and pallet support accessories).
4.
Shipping to be billed and understood to be at customer’s risk. Insurance may be arranged if requested.
5.
Terms of payment are net 30 days from invoice date. Subject to 1% interest increase every new month.
Cash discount not available.
6.
An expedite fee of NOK 250,- to be included on orders less than NOK 1000,- excl. VAT
7.
Goods received at customer site to be inspected immediately, and any damage or missing goods to be
reported to shipping/handling agent. Claims to be made within 14 days from receipt of goods, and
reference must be made to invoice number
or packing/shipping documents. Return Authorization Number to be identical with invoice number and/
or shipping documents number.
8.
Goods shipped, is property of Tranberg AS until fully paid.

The series TEF 1060 is the most flexible enclosure system.
The enclosures are, in addition to series TEF 1058 often used for RIO systems
switching and distribution panels.
The dimensions span from 200x200x125mm upwards by 25mm each direction.
Our junction boxes and enclosures are used for a wide range of installations.
Normal solutions are for the Electro, Instrument and Telecom market, ESD’s and control stations i.e.
They can be equipped with cable glands, terminals, pushbuttons and lamps, instruments, relays,
fiber optical connections and patch panels, medium/high voltage connections up to 6,6kV.
This gives the most flexible possibilities to customized solutions.
