Kiltulla and District Vintage Club will host "Kiltulla and District Vintage Show and Family Fun Day"
on Sunday 7 May 2017, 11am-5pm, in Kiltullagh, Athenry, Co. Galway. Vintage Cars, Classic Cars,
Tractors, Motorcycles and Farm Machinery are invited to exhibit on what promises to get a great day
out for all.

Vehicle eligibility: All types of vintage and classic vehicles and machinery manufactured
prior to 1987.

KILTULLA AND DISTRICT VINTAGE SHOW & FAMILY FUN DAY –
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
1. Pre-Registration: NO CHARGE TO EXHIBIT, but EVERY VEHICLE MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED.
2. ENTRY is for one driver and one passenger, with further passengers paying €10 per adult.
Entry goes towards the cost of staging the show, with proceeds to the local Castlepark
Development Group & Galway Hospice.
3. Exhibits will not be judged; however, all exhibits admitted to the field must be in a condition
of preservation or restoration that would not reflect discredit on the show and Kiltulla and
District Vintage Club.
4. One (1) Plaque will be presented on the day to each pre-registered exhibit.
5. One (1) Tea Ticket will be presented on the day to each pre-registered exhibit.
6. SETTING-UP TIMES: Vehicles and machinery will be directed to the allocated vintage area.
a. The grounds will be open from 09.00am on Saturday, May 6, 2017.
b. The grounds will be open from 08.00am on Sunday, May 7, 2017 and in the interest
of safety, we cannot have vehicles moving around during the show, which opens to
the public at 11.00am. Please be in place by 10.30am.
c. In the interest of public safety, and out of courtesy to the paying public, we would
ask entrants to remain on the field until 5.00pm.
7. Overnight security will be in place on site from Friday, 5 May.
8. Onsite overnight camping space is available (Saturday, 6 May).
a. If staying overnight, exhibitors must be responsible for their own power supply.
Water is available on the showground, but is not available for individual sites. Please
keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.

9. RISK & RESPONSIBILITIES: Kiltulla and District Vintage Show shall not be responsible to any
person or exhibitor for any loss or damage from any source whatsoever. The entire risk and
responsibility as regards all exhibits and in reference to all consequential or other loss or
losses arising therefor or thereto must wholly be borne by the Exhibitor.
The Exhibitor shall indemnify the Kiltulla and District Vintage Show & Kiltulla and
District Vintage Club against any liabilities, losses and any costs incurred, in respect of any
claims for any damage caused and any injury suffered and the Exhibitor shall effect his own
public liability insurance.
11. The Exhibitor shall not hold raffles or collections for contributions to its funds without the
prior written consent of the Kiltulla and District Vintage Club committee.
12. No “For Sale” signs are allowed. Pop-ups and tents are not permitted
13. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not permitted into the children's zone or
food catering areas. Please be a responsible dog owner and clean up after your dog.
14. Participant gives permission to Kiltulla and District Vintage Club to use any photographs
taken at the event of entrant’s automobile(s)/tractor/machinery/motorcycle for use in
publicity materials to promote the event directly or indirectly.
15. Please be aware that the show takes place in a number of grass fields.
16. Exhibitors shall be required to act in accordance with instructions of Kiltulla and District
Vintage Show Stewards and members of Kiltulla and District Vintage Club at all times.
