Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing by October 23, 2015, will be issued a refund less a $50
processing fee. NO refunds will be granted after October 24, 2015. Refunds are processed following the
conference.

The conference will be held at the

We have secured special rates at the Hotel as long as they last at a discounted rate of $94. The DoubleTree
has just undergone a complete renovation and offers very nice accommodations and is extremely convenient for
travel.
