Conditioning
 February - March: Coaching staff interviews / alignment of coaching philosophies
 From the USSF: Planned time off is vitally important to avoid over-scheduling, overuse
injuries and mental burnout. Both the players and the coaches need time off to recharge
their batteries and come back to soccer reinvigorated.
 March - April- May- June: Strength and fitness training.
 June - July - Open fields Sunday nights THS stadium

Conditioning in the THS weight room two days per week.
 Last two weeks of July – Summer Camp: OHSAA 10 coaching days
 Tryouts begin: July 31st
