Order Description
Purpose of order
The purpose of this order is to select and deliver automatic die cutter for paper and carton converting.
The order is meant to properly realize the project in matters of production process directly related to
innovative production process.

Entitlements to perform specific activities or actions
1. The condition for participation in the proceedings is delivering to Epros Sp. z o.o., Sp.k of the
tender corresponding to the order, within timeframe detailed in the order;
2. The bidder should be able to provide qualifications to perform specific activities or actions if
required by the law;
3. The tender has to include full specifications of the machine in question;
4. The received tender rating will be performed in accordance to specific rating criteria;

Additional requirements
- Epros Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. reserves the right to cancel the tender procedure for any reason;
- The tender can be submitted for used devices;
Conditions change agreement
- Epros Sp. z o.o., Sp. k. reserves the right to change the provisions of the agreement concluded as a
result of tender procedure, on the basis of a situation beyond the control of the Employer and the
Contractor, without announcing further inquiry.
Tender evaluation
Criteria for evaluation and description on awarding points
1. Offer net price; weight of: 80%, scoring method: due to terms on the offer form;
C = lowest net price / net price of examined offer * 100points
2. Deadline for delivery up to 6 months (obligatory); weight of 20%, scoring method: due to terms on
the offer form;
D = delivery of examined offer (in months) / 6months * 100points
Max. time for delivery: 6 months.
The scores counted for a given criterion shall be multiplied by the % significance of a given criterion
and summed up together.
P = C*80% + D * 20%

The appraisal obtained shall be rounded to two decimal points. Epros sp. z o.o., sp. k. shall award the
order to a contractor whose offer meets all the terms and conditions and obtains the highest score is
awarded.
Exclusions
- from participation in the proceedings are excluded affiliates (personally or capital) of the company
