SEARCHING FOR AN AGENT’S PRODUCTION NOTE: The best way to search for an Agent’s Production is to search by their BRE # instead of their User ID since an Agent’s User ID can change over time if they change offices and/or Associations. You must search for an Agent’s full Production by doing two searches; one using the List Agent BRE # and one using the Selling Agent BRE #-otherwise your results will only include listings where the Agent was BOTH the List Agent AND the Selling Agent. To find an Agent’s BRE # click on Membership, then Agent Roster. Key in the Agent’s name, click Count and then Search. Agent License # (BRE #) will be in the last column. You can write it down, or copy it by highlighting it and clicking Ctrl+C . This will allow you to view ALL of their transactions, rather than just one Class. 1) In the Status field, choose the Statuses you want (or leave Status field blank if you want all statuses). 2) Depending on your Statuses, choose a Listing Date range; and/or an Off Market Date or Close of Escrow Date (or leave the dates blank if you want to see all listings). 3)Key in List Agent BRE License #. Or if you copied the Agent BRE License # previously, you can click into the field, then click Ctrl+V for the Insert command, and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard. 4) Click Save Search and give the search a name, and click Save. Click Search. Then do a new search for the Selling Agent BRE #. Page 2 of 2 AGTPROD-V2
