Free Lunch - Monday-Friday, June 26th - August 18th, 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
The library is a free summer lunch site for all youth, ages 18 and under. Meals are provided by the
USDA’s Summer Food Service Program though the Biddeford School Nutrition Department.
Kids’ Summer Activity: Spelling Bee - Wednesday, July 5th, 2:00-3:00 PM
Kids, come test your spelling super powers in our spelling bee!
Teen Lounge + Summer Activity: Old Book Crafts - Thursday, July 6th, 2:00-4:00 PM
Teens, come relax and hang out with friends! Play video games on the Wii or board games, take a turn
on a laptop or work on a craft project. Today’s Summer Learning Program activity is old book crafts!
Free Film Friday - Fridays, July 7th, 21st, 28th & August 4th, 1:30 PM
Take in some free movies this summer in our air-conditioned community room!

turn on a laptop or work on a craft project. Today we’ll be combining Anime Club into the mix!
Hiking in Southern Maine with Greg Westrich - Thursday, July 13th, 6:30 PM
Maine hiking expert and author Greg Westrich will present a collection of his favorite
adventure photographs.
3rd Annual Youth Talent Show - Friday, July 14th, 2:00 PM
Kids and teens, come show off your skills at the library’s talent show. Registration begins at 1:30/
show starts at 2:00 PM!
Kids’ Summer Activity: Booktalk Bingo! - Wednesday, July 19th, 2:00-3:00 PM

An interactive lap sit program for babies 0-18 months and
their caregivers. Introduce your baby to the wonderful world
of books through songs, rhymes and adult/child book
sharing time.
Toddler Time - Wednesdays, 10:00-10:30 AM
A language enrichment program geared for children 18-36
months. Join us for beginning story books, rhymes and music
& movement activities.
Preschool Story Time - Thursdays, 10:00-10:45 AM
A language enrichment program geared for children 3-6 years
old. Join us for stories, rhymes, music, crafts and more!
Block Party! - Saturdays, between 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
Join us for a LEGO Block Party! Stop in and show off your
creativity and super building skills by tackling a suggested
challenge with the library’s LEGO bricks.
