reason or another cannot make their scheduled contract time. They
are considered non-paying subs. Should you want them to pay to
substitute you must make arrangements with them. Only members

Pro Shop Services: The club provides racket stringing,
gripping, grip reduction and enlargement, and weighting
at nominal charges. We offer free consultation on string
tension, weight, and grip size.
Towel Service: Members and guests may use the towel
service free of charge. Please return towels so that this
service may be offered at no charge to members.
Contract Time Highlights
Members holding contract time should be aware of a
few items: Contract time is an agreement between the
club and its members to hold a specific court at a
specific time for a specific date.
Highlights of the agreement are:
1. Indoor season lasts from Sept. 15 to May 6.
2. Contract courts are waived on the following days:
Nov. 27 Thanksgiving Day, Dec. 24 through Jan. 1.
3. The club will charge court fees at the beginning of
each month for the entire month to those players
whose names appear on the reservation.
4. Players may cancel contract time by giving 30 days
written notice. Individuals leaving a group must
give 30 days written notice. Remaining players in
the group will be charged for the court.
5. Substitutes must be members in good standing with
the club. Members having a non-member sub will
be charged the appropriate guest fees. Please
register guests at the front desk.
Lesson Notes
Private lessons are available at select times. If you want
lessons at a time that is currently unavailable, we
strongly suggest that you get on the waiting list. By
being on a waiting list you can substitute into open time
slots.
Cancellation Policy: Lesson cancellations must be
made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations that are not
made within 24 hours will be responsible for the cost of
the lesson. Payment for lessons is due before the lesson,
members may use their charging privileges. Nonmembers must pay cash or credit card.
