We ask that you carefully review our media consent policy.

How are the images used?
We use images in a range of materials to promote the Anti-Bullying Alliance (ABA), hosted by
the National Children’s Bureau (NCB) and to illustrate areas of our work. This includes (but is not
limited to) publicity materials such as leaflets, brochures and posters, newspapers, magazine
articles, television programmes, social media and publications for the internet.
Any entry into the Anti-Bullying Week 2017 film competition may be uploaded onto ABA and
NCB website or shared via their social media networks.

a student at _________________________________________ (Name of school) you hereby agree to:

Allow the Anti-Bullying Alliance, hosted by NCB to use and reproduce photographs,
images, and video footage of your child as outlined above.

Allow the Anti-Bullying Alliance, hosted by NCB to securely store images and video footage
of your child for future use.

Allow Wicked to upload any film entered in to the Anti-Bullying Week 2017 competition
onto their website, and use on their social media networks and relevant publicity material.

As the young person whose image or video footage may be used by the Anti-Bullying Alliance
you agree to:

Allow the Anti-Bullying Alliance, hosted by NCB to use photographs, images, and video
footage of me as outlined above.

Allow the Anti-Bullying Alliance, hosted by NCB to securely store images and video footage
of me for future use.

Agree to provide my first name only in any credits added to the end of my film.

The Anti-Bullying Alliance, hosted by the NCB agree to:

Only use images of young people with the consent of their parent or carer.

Store images and video footage of young people securely.

Use images and video footage of young people as set out on the consent form, and with
the aim to further the mission of the Anti-Bullying Alliance to stop all forms of bullying
between children and young people.

Never fully identify a young person in conjunction with an image. We may use partial
information such as school/organization and sometimes first names.

Remove images or footage of young people upon written request by themselves or their
parent or carer. Upon receipt of the request online photographs will be removed
immediately and printed or published footage will be removed for subsequent print runs
and editions.
