Buttons on each Form
Add: This button is used to add a record. On pressing this button all the fields are
cleared and focus shifts to the first field in the logical sequence, user can now
start entering values in each field. User is required to press this button each time
he/she wants to add a new record. On those forms where there is no add button,
user can start entering the values straight away by entering the key fields or
navigating to the particular record.
Cancel: This button is used to undo all the changes made to the current record.
This button should be pressed when the user, while entering a new record or
modifying an existing record, feels that he/she has committed some mistake.
Please note that canceling will undo all the changes made to the current record
and not just the current field.
Delete: By pressing this button the record currently visible on the screen will be
deleted from the database table. In some forms the Deletion is not actual
deletion from the database table instead, only non-key values, displayed on the
form, are set to null value. User gets a confirmation message after pressing
delete. If he/she clicks [No] for the response, deletion is not done.
Save: After the user has entered all the fields in an existing record or in a new
record, he/she can press [Save] to save the changes to the table. At this time the
record is cross-checked for any validation errors. In case of any error user has to
correct all the errors before proceeding with save. Please note if user moves to
any other record without saving the changes he/she has made to the current
record, all the changes made to the record will be lost.
Print: In case the user wishes to see a report of the data entered, this button may
be pressed. The report will be printed on screen or the printout will come on the
default printer viz. the printer for which ‘Set As Default’ is checked in Printers
Dialog box, depending on the Print/Window option selected.

The module is used to fill information’s about the Nodal Officers.
1. Login Page
The first form is a Login form where the user enters the credentials. If the user is the
valid user of the System, then only it allows the user to navigate the application.

The application opens when the correct user name and password is given.

3. Master Menu
i. Nodal Officer Details:
Invoked from: - Login - > Masters - > Nodal Officer Details
This form is used to Input information of Nodal Officer. The user has to click on the link to be
navigated to the desired page for checking the details of nodal officers. The Nodal officer page is
used to check the data of the already existing Nodal officers make changes to any of the details if
required and add new entries for the Nodal officers which are not existing in the database.

Fill the details and then click on Submit button below
ii. Election Schedule Details: To add new election Schedule, Fill the details
i.e. polling date, counting date etc and click on save button.
To delete existing record first click on select link in below grid and then click on
delete button.

This form will use to assigned constituencies for ac /pc and Bye/Gen etc for
Observer database where election has announced. For this select Phase no then
state Name then consttype then delm type and then electiontype click on show
buton it will populate all the ACs/PCs in right pane i.e. unassigned
Constituencies. Select constituencies which election is fall on same phase and
click save button. All selected constituencies will come in left pane i.e. assigned
constituencies.
iii. Election Details - Genesys: This form will use to assigned constituencies
for ac /pc and Bye/Gen etc for Genesys database where election has
announced.
For this select Phase no then state Name then consttype then delm type and
then electiontype click on show buton it will populate all the ACs/PCs in right
pane i.e. unassigned Constituencies. Select constituencies which election is fall
on same phase and click save button. All selected constituencies will come in left
pane i.e. assigned constituencies.
iv. Add/Delete Observer Type: This form will use to add or edit Existing
Observer type (General, Expenditure, and Police).

iv. Update Report Details: This form will use to Update Different type of
Observer Reports which are used on allocation and de-allocation Application.
v. Generate Gcode for Observer:

This form will use to generate observer code for newly enter observer data. This menu will enable
only Administrative User.
4. Observer’s Details
Invoked from: - Login - > Data Entry - > Observer’s Details
This form is used to Insert Details of the Observer

5. Observer’s Nomination Status
Invoked from: - Login - > Data Entry - > Observer’s Nomination Status
This form is used to Mark Nodal Officer as Available or Not Available

6. Call Observers for Briefing:
This form is used to view all those observers who are available and can be called for briefing.
In the grid that populates the data, the status for all the observers is shown as available. The
status of all the observers who need to be called for briefing must be changed to Called for
Briefing and you can update briefing details like venue, date and timing.
7. Update Amount:
This form is used to Update Deployed Observer honorarium

8. Update Amount Transfer:
This form is used to Update Deployed Observer honorarium is transferred in their account or not
through ECS.

9. Update 49(0)
This form is used to Update No of Electors who decided not to cast the votes Constituencies
wise.
10. Slot Creation
During the elections, the general observers are deployed for the election management
processes. The observers are deployed based on the area of sensitivity and size of the
assemblies.

i. Polling:
a. Observer Slot Details This form will use to create/delete slot for elections for
deploying observer.
b.Update observer Slot details : This form will use to edit/delete partial slot for
elections for deploying observer.

c. update observer local mobile numbers This form will use to Update Local
Mobile for deployed observer.
ii. Counting: During the elections, the general observers are deployed for the election
management processes. The observers are deployed based on the area of sensitivity and
size of the assemblies for counting day only.

a. Replicate Slot To Counting  This from is used for creating slot for
counting.
b. Observe slot details: This form will use to create/delete slot for elections for
deploying observer for counting day only.

Observer PIS Report

This Report will display the personal details of the Observers. One can view the details of a
specific observer by entering the Observer code or view the details of all observers deployed
phase wise. For deployed observer Observer ID Card will be available at the footer of PIS Details
this is only for deployed observer for other observer only PIS detail will be available. No ID card
will be available.
