I Worked in Engro Foods Limited, a famous FMCG in Pakistan having business in diary, Juice and
frozen dessert processing and distribution, as an Assistant Manager (Production and QA) in Dairy
U.H.T Milk processing. My responsibilities in Engro Foods Limited included but not limited to the
following
Production Management
 Production Management of U.H.T Milk processing, Aseptic filling and Packing
 Process optimization; de-bottle necking, efficiency loss.
 Material management by the preparation of daily material loss and gain report and minimization
of wastage
Commissioning of U.H.T milk processing plant:
Worked as a commissioning team member during “Sahiwal Project” of commissioning a 100
tons/day indirect U.H.T milk processing plant.
Phase-1: Supervision of plant installation activities, representation of production during this phase.
Liaison with third parties and internal customers.
Phase-2: Planning and commencement of step wise process requirements.
Phase-3: Successful commissioning of plant.
