This is a fun program for boys and girls in grades 3-5 who love to play some of Tashua’s favorite games. Each week is
something new such as: Pirates of the Caribbean, Mission Impossible, Steal the Gold, Asteroids, Eyes up Hands up! and
Duck Plucker. If you are looking for a great workout and to make new friends this is the class for you. Limit 24
Painting - Little Red School of Art – 6 weeks (grades K-5)

Carolyn West’s class includes portrait painting and painting with oil as well as watercolor. Carolyn’s art has been
exhibited all across the country as well as Paris and Switzerland. She will be teaching acrylics and oil painting on canvas
along with airbrush painting utilizing hand-over-hand techniques in addition to encouraging students to develop their own
style. Come join her and bring home artwork beautiful enough to frame! Limit 20
Knitting with Mrs. Kenler - 7 weeks (grades 3-5)

Yes, anyone can learn to knit and you'd be amazed at the beautiful things you can make. In this class you will learn how
to knit, how to start and end a project, and so much more. You'll get your own knitting bag with yarn, needles and
everything you'll need to make a cool project. A bonus Flip Flop making class is added for the 7 th week! Beginners are
welcome and boys, too! Limit 9

Hands On Pottery – 6 Weeks (grades 1-5 )

In Hands on Pottery you paint a square plate, soup mug, popcorn box, cocoa mug, box and bank. One of our trained
instructors will teach your child about painting with glazes on our bisque products. After the children paint their pottery at
school, the pieces will be returned to Hands on Pottery for firing. The following week your child will have a wonderful
food safe piece to take home! Limit 25
Marcy’s Tennis Academy – 6 weeks (grades K-5)

MTA introduces the fundamentals of tennis to children of all skill level using games and exercises that build confidence.
We emphasize fun, not competitive stress, with every child developing racquet skills, focus, agility and, most importantly,
sportsmanship. The children also get an hour of physical and mental exercise as they learn the sport of tennis. Students
should bring their own junior tennis racket or they may pre-purchase a Junior HEAD tennis racket from MTA for $35. All
players will receive a MTA t-shirt & a progress report at the end of the session. Limit 20

contemporary arrangements of songs and improve your vocal skills. There will be a performance for family and friends at

Come and join us as we dazzle the audience with some musical joy. This class will be filled with song, dance, and drama
fun as we work together to rehearse and perform a musical play to be presented to families on the last class. Limit 25
Design, Draw & Doodle – Mr. Richards & Mr. Cohen – 6 weeks (grades 3-5)

Unleash your creativity and what your imagination can do! Each session you will learn and practice design and drawing
techniques while working with different types of media. This course is designed for artists of all levels who wish to
enhance their design, drawing, and doodling abilities. Time to get creative! Limit 40
Yoga – Mrs. Weitzman – 6 weeks (grades 3-5)

Yoga is great for the body and the mind! In this class you will learn the basic poses of yoga. We will focus on flexibility,
mindfulness and breathing. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. Extra mats will be available for those
that don’t own one. Get ready to have fun and fee great. Beginners are welcome and boys too! Limit 12

Crafty Creations – Mrs. Flynn & Miss Kelly - 6 Weeks (grades K-3)

Join us for an afternoon filled with creative crafts! We will work with all types of fun materials to make projects such as
dream catchers, crayons, and even your very own pillow. Each week do a new project to take home at the end of class.
If you like using your imagination and doing hands-on-crafts then this is the class for you! Boys and girls welcome!

Sense-sational Science–Mad Science – 6 weeks (grades K-2)

Stimulate your senses and explore the world around you as Science charges you up. Have a hair-raising experience with
our Van De Graaff generator. Experiment with diffracted light with our prism glasses. Color your world with a Technicolor
Blender. Find out why you can’t taste without smell. Listen closely as you travel with sound and see things before your
very eyes. Limit 16
Basketball – Coach Cappello– 6 weeks (grades 2-5)

A skill-building clinic for kids to learn drills they can practice at home to improve their basketball skills. This is a structured
course and students are provided with a printout of all drills so they can continue to practice and improve. In addition to
learning basketball skills, participants will also play fun games such as knockout, steal the bacon, hotshot, and dribble
tag. Limit 20
