August 25th- 28th TEK standard: 110.26 2&3 Expressing and responding and Participating in social
traditions.
August 25th – Name game and syllabus. My name is… and I like…. Repeat
August 26th – Name game review and personal interview
Draw sticks for partners. Students have 10 minutes to create a list of 10-15 questions.
Ask questions and record answers. Report five interesting things to the class.
August 27th- Finish interview reports. Start Personality Poem.
(pg 7) Questions.
August 28th- Finish personality poems and have the students report.

Sept 4th –Work on listening skits

Sept. 11th- Getting acquainted activity about themselves (pg 8,9)

Sept. 11th- Share a few of their answers from the previous day. Create Venn diagrams comparing
themselves. (I will pick the person using posicle sticks.)

that they can talk about. Create the beginning, middle and end.
