Logging in to e-sapa:
To log on please go to www.e-sapa.com and enter your user name and password.
You can log on
using your email
address in the email field.
The e-sapa team
will send you your
individual
password.
Select the box to accept Sapa’s
Terms and Conditions of use.

e-sapa homepage:
Navigate to the order tracking
center through ‘Tracking
Center’ tab on the homepage.

Order Search:
Searching for the order information you want is simpler than ever with all of your selections on one screen!
You can use the text boxes
to input criteria to search.
Hint: When entering your search criteria
you can enter partial information and use
the * as a wildcard.

Tracking Center Details:
The shipment manifest is located on the Details page of e-sapa.
To see additional information
about your order, select the line
that you are interested in and then
select the details button below.
You can also get to the details
page be clicking on the line item.

Details Page:
The details tab gives you
access to additional order
information, WIP status,
and PDF links.
‘Back to result list’ will take
you back to the tracking
result set.

The Details tab gives you in-depth order information including specs, length, fabrication, finish, and circle size
data, WIP status, and PDF links.
Download WIP Status, Shipping
Manifest, and BOL PDF copies
from the link icons.
