Family members consist of partners, parents, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, daughters-in-law and sons-in-law, children and grandchildren of members. Forces Mutual Group staff members are not eligible to enter. 2. You will then need to sign up by providing your name and email to agree to our data protection agreement. No personal detail will be exchanged from Forces Mutual to third parties. 6. Forces Mutual reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time. 7. All eligible individuals who have been nominated (‘Nominee’) within the Nomination Period will be added to Forces Mutual’s “Wall Of Heroes” and entered into the voting process to win £500. 8. To Vote you must submit an online form via our website during the Voting Period. 2. Votes will be counted after the end of the Voting Period. 3. The Nominee in each category who receives the most votes will be published by 26th June 2017. 4. The winning Nominee from each category will receive £500 each a. b. Salute your hero Armed Forces Day. Salute your hero Reservists Day. 5. By taking part the winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity organised in connection with this promotion. (C) Nominate or Vote to Enter a Prize Draw to Win £50 1. Entry to the Prize Draw is free; no purchase is necessary 2. All eligible individuals who have either Nominated or Voted within the Voting Period will automatically be entered into a Prize Draw to win £50. 3. The Prize Draws will be held on 26th June 2017 4. Four winners in each category will receive £50 each a. Voter in the ‘Salute Your Hero’ Armed Forces Day b. Voter in the ‘Salute Your Hero’ Reservists Day. 5. The winners of all the Prize Draw prizes will be chosen at random from all complete, eligible, properly submitted entries received before the end of the applicable closing date. The Prize draw will be held on 26th June 2017 and the winners will be contacted on the day by e-mail. (D) Notification and receipt of prizes 1 The winners will receive the £500, £100 or £50 in their bank account via a BACS transfer within 10 working days depending on when the bank account details are confirmed to Forces Mutual. 2 The winners will be notified by e-mail. We will require their bank details to make the BACS transfer. (E) General Terms and Conditions 1 The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Legal review is excluded. 2 If a prize is declined or unclaimed by a selected winner, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied within 7 days of first attempting to notify a selected winner, the prize will be forfeited. In such circumstances, Forces Mutual reserves the right to select another winner at random from the eligible entrants who will be notified by Forces Mutual in the same manner described above. 3 Forces Mutual accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting any prize, including what is bought with the Prize. 4 Forces Mutual reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). 5 Forces Mutual shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
