I’m pleased to invite you to enter our annual small sided football tournament at Sprowston Community High
School and Falcon Junior School.
All age groups will be played under mini soccer rules as we believe this approach encourages fast, free flowing
football with plenty of goal mouth action.
Age groups will play on the following days (age specification as per 2016/2017 season):

WOMEN’S
The entry fee to the tournament is £25.00 per team (non refundable).
Each age group is limited to a set number of teams. Therefore booking your place early is advisable to avoid
disappointment. Your club may enter a maximum of two teams per age group.
Full bookings will only be accepted on return of a completed entry form and payment. Cheques to be made
payable to Sprowston FC. Entry forms are to be returned to the tournament secretary at the below address.
Provisional bookings will be accepted over the phone or by e-mail but must be followed up with receipt of an
entry form and payment within 14 days. After the 14 day period, your provisional booking will expire.
Acceptance of your entry will be confirmed, via email, within a week of receipt. The closing date for entries is
Monday 1st May (subject to vacancies).
Details of the tournament rules, registration forms and full information regarding the tournament will be sent
by email 7 days before the event.
On the day there will be BBQ food, hot/cold drinks, ice creams and other refreshments available. We’ll also
provide other attractions including a bouncy castle/slide, merchandise stalls etc.
Car parking will be available at Sprowston Community High School at a charge of £2.00 per car. Please
advise this to all that will travel with your teams. From this we make a donation to our First Aid representatives
(who will be on site providing assistance all weekend).
