PLAYER’S DECLARATION
I understand that:
 Laser Ops games are physically and mentally intense and it is possible that
extreme exertion can result in personal injury or damage to my clothes;
 The Battleground is an outdoor natural environment where I risk slipping,
tripping and weather effects, and where I can expect natural hazards which
may soil clothing and include allergens, plant debris, thorns, and nettles;
 Adrenalin from playing may impair my judgement and mask fatigue, possibly
affecting my behaviour and ability to drive safely afterwards;
 I must take care to ensure that I do not injure myself or others;
 Physical contact is prohibited and I must behave respectably at all times.
I confirm and agree that:
 I am aware of risks to myself and others participating in the sport;
 I am physically and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved;
 I have taken care to ensure that no pathological condition will be aggravated
by my participation (tell the Marshal if you use e.g. an inhaler);
 I will comply with all rules and terms and conditions of use and instructions
from Centre Staff, using equipment as instructed and with due care.
