Ordered in Lab Frequency Generate with Pending: This box is selected so that OIL QC orders will generate even if there are previous QC orders that are pending. Ordered in Lab Frequency Ordered in Lab Frequency Ordered in Lab Frequency When the user goes to the Soft Lab Resulting worklist, they are prompted to enter the QC result generated by the OIL frequency. #2 QC Repeat Order Actions • Using the Repeat Order action saves the Tech the step of creating an Ad Hoc QC order. • It is used for manual tests that have QC orders generated daily by the scheduler. • If QC is out of range, the Tech selects the Repeat order action and TQC generates the repeat order. QC Repeat Order Actions • Create a Frequency to be used specifically for the Repeat Order. Set it to end after 1 occurrence. • Create an Action and check Generate Repeat Orders. Add the Frequency that you just created. When the Tech verifies and saves the out of range QC result, the repeat QC order is generated. #3 TQC with Patient Autoverification • TQC can be set up to autoverify when in range. • TQC can stop patient Autoverification if QC is out of range. • TQC can stop patient Autoverfication if QC has not been verified within a defined time frame. TQC with Autoverification QC autoverification set up: Soft Lab Instrument Interface flag #59: Autopost QC results? Soft Lab Instrument Interface flag #60: Autoverify QC results? TQC Entries are made on the Autoposting Translation Table TQC with Autoverification Stopping patient Autoverification when QC is out of range: • Soft Lab Instrument Interface Flag #15: Stop posting procedure if QC violation? • Soft Lab Test Set up Flag #50: Check QC at Resulting Auto posting Interface Trace File: GAAC1 05:55:30 #O Q21221 posting suppressed fl=QC result has been rejected GAUA1 11:06:10 O#C225000095 posting suppressed QC violation TQC with Autoverification TQC with Autoverification • TQC can stop patient Autoverfication if QC is expired. TQC with Autoverification #4 TQC Vendor Report • The Vendor Report is used to collect QC data to send to Interlaboratory Quality Control comparison programs. • Using the Vendor report allows the Tech to upload the QC results to Bio-Rad instead of performing manual entry. TQC Vendor Report The Vendor Report set up: Manufacturer-check Vendor Test Set up ILCP Window-enter QC Item code and program information TQC Vendor Report Example Vendor report in Cumulative FTP layout # 5 TQC Action Log Report • The Action Log Report enables the user to view actions registered to QC results. • The user can set up the Action Log Report to only print QC results with violations. • The manager can quickly see if there is a control with recurring issues.
