Topics relating to teaching sports psychology in a practical context.
Ted Polglaze, Sports Science Manager Hockey Australia
Latest sports science knowledge and practice around environmental issues with elite sport. As the Head of
Sports Science at Hockey Australia Ted has considerable experience in this area. "In training we often seek
out the added stress that some environmental conditions provide yet during competition we avoid these
situations or work around them as much as possible" Ted has also represented Australia at the winter
Olympics and has some interesting experiences in training and competing in cold environments.
