Each youth participant needs a
completed youth waiver form in
order to participate
For every 5 participants on a team, there needs to be 1
chaperone, who has filled out a chaperone agreement form

Wristbands are required for all youth participants
in order to spend the night at Relay.
- Must have wristband by 11 pm
