Vacancy Bulletin. The posts are to be filled through internal or external
recruitment.

Assist the Oversight Principal Officer to develop business and operational
plans in alignment with the OIGI strategic plan
Attend to all business plan objectives/activities in relation to intelligence
systems, risk management and oversight liaison
Attend to all assigned activities, tasks and projects within the parameters of
OIGI policy, framework and functional mandate
Compliance with OIGI policy within the area of assignment

INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS

By direction of the Inspector-General of Intelligence or on request of the
Oversight Principal Officer IG50 conduct investigations on complaints lodged by
members of the public and those of the Services

Be able to conduct interviews, meetings, interrogations and taking of statements
from the complainant and/or witnesses

Write reports on the outcome of complaints for the attention of the Oversight
Principal Officer IG50 and generally comply with standard operating procedures
for the processing of Complaints received by the Office of the Inspector-General
Be responsible for the management of major projects within agreed timelines
that culminate in quality products /outputs

GENERAL









Represent the OIGI at internal and external forums as may be indicated by the
IG
