how do I get my hands on one?
Go to www.reading-buses.co.uk/shop and buy
the ticket you need using your debit or credit
card. Your simplyBus card should arrive within
5 days, with your tickets loaded onto it.
Top up at any time online or in the Reading bus
shop in Broad Street Mall, open 9am - 5.30pm
Mondays to Saturdays.
what if I lose my card or it’s stolen?
SimplyBus is far more secure than
paper tickets. Just inform us and
we’ll cancel it and send you a
replacement card with any
remaining credit
transferred. However,
we do charge £2 for
replacement cards.
