Quarantine
• Please remember that use of laptops,
IPADs, tablets, mobile phones etc are not
allowed within the quarantine. That
includes everyone (runners, coaches and
Head of delegations)
• No old maps allowed
• Quarantine start at the bus
Clarification
• No team members, coaches or head of
delegations are allowed to participate in
the public races before the WUOC races
in the same area are finished due to the
embargo
– This means that the public race on Friday are
not allowed.
