Die Theorie der Organisation hat sich zunächst vor allem in der
Soziologie, die Theorie des Organisierens zunächst vor allem in
den Managementwissenschaften, die Theorie organisationalen
Lernens in der Erziehungswissenschaft und in der Psychologie
entwickelt. Der organisationspädagogische Theoriediskurs baut
einerseits auf Ansätzen anderer Disziplinen auf, modifiziert sie
und entwickelt sie weiter. So finden sich im organisationspädagogischen Diskurs beispielsweise systemtheoretische, neoinstitutionalistische, governance-theoretische, handlungs- und
praxistheoretische Arbeiten.
Andererseits schließt die organisationspädagogische Theoriebildung an die Tradition pädagogischen Denkens an. Der organisationspädagogische Theoriediskurs fokussiert die Zusammenführung verschiedener pädagogischer Teildiskurse (z. B. der
Schulpädagogik, der Sozialpädagogik, der Erwachsenenbildung)
und zentraler Konstrukte (z. B. Lernen, Bildung, Beratung,
Kompetenzentwicklung).
Die Tagung soll beiden Wegen Raum bieten.

The annual conference
of the Commission Organisational
Education of the German Society
for Educational Research
SUPPORT
The origins of organization theory lay primarily in sociology,
theories of organizing stem from business administration and
management science, theories of organizational learning
originated in education and psychology. On the one hand, the
discourse on organizational education builds upon approaches of
other academic disciplines and develops them further. Examples
would be system theory, new institutionalism, governance theory,
action or practice-theory oriented work.
On the other hand organizational education theory connects to
the tradition of education theory and pedagogy. Therefore the
discourse on organizational education theory was developed as
differentiation or specific integration (regarding organizational
learning and assistance to organizational learning) of certain subdisciplinary discourses in education (such as school pedagogy,
social work and adult education) and key concepts (such as
learning, formation, counseling, and competency development).
The conference accommodates both perspectives.
