Parkiteer member of the month
1. The promoter is: Parkiteer; a program affiliated with Bicycle Network and Public Transport
Victoria whose registered office is at Level 4, 246 Bourke Street. Melbourne, Victoria. 3000
2. The competition is open to all Parkiteer members.
3. Employees of Bicycle Network or their family members or anyone else connected in any way
with the competition or helping to set up the competition are not eligible to enter into
Parkiteer member of the month competition.
4. To be eligible to win this competition the Parkiteer user needs to:
 Be 16 years of age or older.
 Use a Parkiteer cage by swiping in with their access card, 3 times a week or more
during that given month (4 week period)..Refer to competition months below.
5. The competition will run from 10am on 1 March until 31st December 2015 11.59pm (AEST).
6. Monthly winners will be chosen randomly through the eligible list of members, by the
Parkiteer team at Bicycle Network at the end of a given month (refer to competition months
below).
7. One winner will be chosen on March 31, April 30, May 31, June 30, July 31, August 31,
September 30, October 31, November 30, and December 31.
8. The winner will be chosen at random from a pool of eligible entrants and is only eligible for
one prize.
9. The monthly prizes will be one randomly selected KNOG product to the value of $50.
10. Each winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the closing date. If the
winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we
reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The Parkiteer program will advise the winners when contact as to how the prize will be
delivered.

12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and
conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act
of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other
event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to
entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are
subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of
equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and
no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by [Victorian] law and
any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Victoria].
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any
personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance
with current [Australian] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party
without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. Any entries received for the competition will be added to the member of the month
competition tab on our website for public view and winners will be showcased in the
bimonthly Parkiteer member e-news.
18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
19. Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
