SILENCER
SHOCK ABSORBER
Lightweight pussyfooter: Each equipped with
a catalytic converter, the aluminium silencers
effectively reduce both emissions and riding
noise to a minimum.
Perfect setting: At the rear, a newly developed
PDS shock absorber linked directly to the
swingarm guarantees maximum suspension
comfort and sufficient safety, even on the most
demanding terrain.
Both rebound and compression stages can be
set to suit the rider and the conditions on all
suspension components, with high and lowspeed compression damping also being adjustable on the shock absorber.

FRAME
Excellent connections: A completely new composite
frame design made from high quality chromemolybdenum steel, combined with forged aluminium
elements, forms the backbone of the Freeride 350.
The front steel frame profiles are combined with the
forged elements by means of sturdy threaded joints.
This ensures tracking stability and safety, as well as
minimum weight.
FORKS
Plenty of play: Together with the high quality, CNC-machined triple clamps, the
adjustable 43 mm WP upside-down forks with 250 mm suspension travel developed
especially for the Freeride 350 provide for superb stability, excellent responsiveness
and outstanding damping.
BRAKES
Perfectly applied anchors: Both the newly developed levers from brake specialists Formula and
the radially bolted brake callipers (four pistons
at the front, two at the rear) harmonise perfectly
with the lightweight wave brake discs.
ENGINE
WHEELS
Incredible grip: Rich in traction and thanks to the high positive proportion in the
profile, the trial tyres from DUNLOP leave much less of an impression in the ground
than conventional enduro competition tyres and a much better impression with you.
And with the soft and therefore grippy rubber compound, you always stay firmly on the
ground, even in demanding rocky terrain and riding over roots!
A powerful appearance: The
state-of-the-art 350 cc DOHC
four-stroke engine from
the 350 EXC-F – redesigned
especially for the Freeride 350
– scores highly in every situation
with controllable, torque-oriented
performance characteristics for
constant propulsion and fantastic
traction. Its compact dimensions and lack of a
kickstarter on the newly developed die-cast
aluminium casing turn it into a featherweight
with rippling muscles. More than 23 hp
pull on the chain at a maximum of 10,000
rpm, bringing you easily through every
terrain.
