Inventory File Manager imports any of the following: 1)Item or 2)Physical Count or 3)Transaction data directly from
comma or tab delimited files into Sage PFW IN/IV eliminating the need to “re-key” this information from other systems. On-screen
data field Mapper & the Trial mode offer “previews” helping insure that data will import correctly. The source file may be
automatically archived or deleted at the end of the process. The Item/History Smart Purge selectively removes old data from the
Item Master, Item Location &/or History files which can reduce report running times and expedite processing.
Inventory Auditor includes 3 Products
Item Quantity Verification automatically reviews, verifies & reports Inventory quantity variances (Units & $) between
different Inventory IN/IV files and related files from A/P (Indirect Receipts & Serial), P/O (On Order), S/O (Committed to
Sales) & FN (In Production) at this moment in time. The “Final” mode actually resync’s all quantities to match the current
value from the Cost Layers or AP Serial or Item Location (selected by User) and creates a GL entry for the adjustment.
Min/Max Seasonal Reset automates seasonal weighting of Inventory Levels based on historical activity. Users
assign “weight” to each month’s activity transactions for the prior 12 mo. period & the Reset automatically updates the
selected Items’ Min/Max based on this weighting as well as a global +/- % adjustment factor for overall up or down
trend. The Smart Item Profile Viewer gives a comprehensive color-coded weekly view to each Item's complete
status and availability.

Automates Seasonal Weighting of Inventory Levels:
This routine reviews sales
transactions for the prior 12 mo. time period and allows users to assign a “weight” to each period.
The routine then resets the selected Min/Max based on this weighting and a +/- adjustment
percentage factor to accommodate current sales trends.
