NAKAMA Group Milestones
1979--Founded in Taiwan, United Electronics Co., Ltd. was committed in the R&D and
manufacturing of induction coil.

1989--Established the “Fullrite Electronic Company” in Shenzhen, China (specializing in the R&D
and manufacturing of magnetic core), accomplishing “all-in-one upstream and downstream”
operation model for induction coil production.

1999--”Established Zhongzhan Electronics Co., Ltd. with agency for
CET/KINGTEK/SHOEI/Sanyo products, forming a diversified business expansion. In the same year,
the induction factory in Shenzhen developed and produced the “Layered Adhesive Inductor.”

2000– Shenzhen Factory’s SMD CORE products certified the company as qualified supplier for top
Japanese company, SUMIDA and became the first Taiwanese magnetic core supplier following TDK
& HITECHI. Both sides have cooperated until today. In the same year, Zhongzhan Electronics
acquired the IN-HOUSE product agency for FUJITER Semiconductor Co., Ltd.

2003-- Shenzhen Factory offers all-in-one OEM service for inductor and transformer for customers.
In the same year, Zhongzhen acquired the agency for PWM IC and POWER MOSFET from
FUJITER Semiconductor CO. , LTD as well as the POWER MOSFET from ANPEC.

2005--Zhongzhen Electronics acquired the agency for products from AUK, South Korea.

2007--To integrate common resource and improve efficiency, the previous “United Electronics
Factory” (inductor, compressor manufacturer) merged with “Rullrite Electronics” (magnetic core
manufacturer) to become the “United Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.”


2008--To offer customers with more price-competitive products, the company built the Cengzi Factory in
Guangxi to expand the production scale and R&D capcaity for inductor coil and transformer products again.
IN the same year, Zhongzhen Electronics acquired agency for SINOPOWER and EMC.

2009--The Inductor coil product was certified by Japanese company TAIYO YUDEN as qualified supplier.
The company directly developed SMD SERIES and produce the products via OEM service to become the
first outsourced production supplier with ODM capacity of TAIYO

2011--Zhongzhan acquired agency for Trinno, Korea. In November of the same year, the company merged
with Shanjun Co., Ltd. to complete the marketing for service offices in the Cross-Strait three regions
(Taiwan, Hong Kong, Dongguan, Suzhou).

2012--Zhongzhan Electronics Co., Ltd. was renamed to United Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. to undergo a
complete resource integration of the entire NAKAMA Group. In the same year, the company acquired
agency for Active-semi.

2013—NAKAMA Group founded subsdiary Suzhou United Electronics Co., Ltd. to offer better services to
customers located in Huadong Region.

2014—United Precision acquired agency from GUOGUANG.

Future-We will offer the same superior service quality for more customers as in the past.
