Periodically do calibration and preventive maintenance of Machine/Equipment in the company.

Make targets, plans, calibration schedule, PM schedule, weekly reports and monthly reports
(monthly inventory, calibration master list and preventive maintenance master list).

Do machine programming for new parameters and new products design as well as formulating
improvements and activity plans.

Make standard operating procedure of Calibration, Preventive Maintenance, Basic Operation
and Programming of machine/equipment.

Maintain machine performance and make history of machine breakdown including corrective
action for fast response in future problem.

Train Production/QA operators about the basic operation of different metrology machines in QA
Area.

Orient newly hired operators, supervisors and engineers in calibration system and procedure.

Train and supervised junior engineer in calibration, preventive maintenance, programming and
troubleshooting of all metrology machine/equipment of QA and production.

Perform MCA (Machine Capability Analysis) and MCC (Machine Capability and Correlation)
using “Jump software”.

Knowledge in Calibration, Preventive Maintenance, Programming and trouble shooting of the
following Metrology Machine/Equipment.
