HeartChase Team Captains
Thank you for participating in this really fun event and we hope it’s a
very rewarding volunteer experience for you, too!
We are so glad you’ll be joining in the fun and leading your team at
our town’s HeartChase event. Together, we’re building a healthier
community while raising money for the AHA.
HeartChase Team Captain? Why you? You’ve probably been asked because:
• You can summon up your competitive streak when it benefits a worthy cause and
you are likely to care about healthy living in our community
• You’re a fun person and you bring out the fun in others
• You can inspire people to join in or donate to a worthy cause
• You’re a great host who takes care of details & thinks about the “greater good”
• You help people feel adventurous and work together as a team
You’ve agreed to be a HeartChase Team Captain? YAY! What’s next?
Build Your Team! All 4 1, 1 4 All! As a HeartChase Team Captain, find 14 other players to join your team at our town’s fun HeartChase event.

everyone know what we can achieve together. Come learn more about how you can
inspire healthy living!

on game day. Make sure you high-five everyone afterwards so that win or lose,
everyone has fun.
