The Residence by Etihad.
The Residence is a haven of tranquility reflecting an exclusive lifestyle that offers the
ultimate in high-end luxury. With a living room, separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom,
The Residence by Etihad is the only three-room suite in the sky. Designed for one or two
guests, it has been created by leading interior designers and hospitality experts who
understand the discernment and sophistication expected by the private traveller.
Our exquisite selection of services for guests onboard The Residence includes:
• A living room featuring luxurious Poltrona Frau
leather double-seat sofa, ottoman, dining table,
chilled drinks cabinet and 32-inch flat-screen TV.
•A soft carpeted hallway leading to the ensuite
bathroom equipped with a shower, exclusive
toiletries and bathrobes.
•A bedroom decorated with delicate fabrics and
furnished with a natural fibre mattress double
bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and choice of pillows.
•A personal Butler to ensure all arrangements are
in place and plan both the inflight and après-flight
itinerary according to personal preferences.
•An inflight Chef who will prepare meals from a
range of gourmet menu options or even create a
guest’s favourite dish.
We highly encourage our trade partners to book
journeys for their guests in The Residence. Our VIP
Travel Concierge will further assist you and your guests
from the moment of reservation right until the end of
your guest’s journey with us.

Reservation Policy:
Ticketing Scenarios:
•Valid on Etihad Airways operated flights only.
•Agents can book The Residence for a minimum of one
and a maximum of two guests per flight using their
preferred GDS.
Please note that the ticketing processes vary based on the
below mentioned scenarios:
One-way or return journeys involving one guest:
•No special service requests such as seating or special
meals need to be made at the time of booking.
Our VIP Travel Concierge will contact you shortly
after ticketing to take your customer’s requests
such as chauffeur service, meals and other personal
preferences. It is therefore mandatory to enter your
contact details into the booking. The VIP Travel

1. Make a booking in P class using your preferred GDS
•Children will only be permitted when accompanied by
an adult. The Residence can hold a maximum of one
adult and one child. Child tickets will not be eligible for
any discounts.

•A maximum of two guests of which one guest may
be an infant, can be booked on a PNR. If an infant is
the second passenger, the guest is permitted to carry
an approved car seat with them as the Residence is
not equipped with a bassinet; otherwise the infant will
travel in the lap of the guest.
•No surcharges (YQ/Q) will be applied over and above
the fare and applicable taxes.

•All tickets must be issued on EY ticket numbers only.
•If details of both guests sharing The Residence are
known at the time of booking, agents can book and
issue both tickets at the same time through their
respective GDS.
•If the accompanying guest’s ticket is to be issued at a
later stage (not at the same time as the first guest’s
ticket), agents must contact our VIP Travel Concierge
at +971 2 599 0 380 or via email viptravelconcierge@
etihad.ae after creating a PNR with P class on waitlist
to issue the second ticket. Alternately, the travel agent
can make a new booking with two guests, refund the
first ticket and issue two fresh tickets together.
1.Travel agents must create a PNR with P class on waitlist
for the accompanying guest which will auto queue to the
VIP Travel Concierge.
2.The VIP Travel Concierge will update the booking and issue
the ticket. Any additional fare or taxes will be charged.

In certain countries (e.g. Iran, Vietnam, Korea,
Malaysia, Egypt, Sudan and Morocco), where
one-way fares may exceed 8 characters, travel
agents must approach the local Etihad Airways
ticketing office for issuing tickets. Etihad will issue
the ticket in USD.
•
In the case of up-sell or down-sell between A380
to/from a non-A380, the original ticket must be
refunded and a new ticket must be issued.

managing demanding travel itineraries for your VIP
clientele, we offer you varying ticketing time limits and
refund options linked to how early you book or cancel.

•For non-utilised tickets involving accompanying
guest, both tickets must be cancelled together
for refunds.

For partially utilised tickets, refund shall be
processed after deduction of applicable one-way
fare and penalty.
