Game Protest Form
All game related protests must be declared to the umpire and opposing coach at the time of the incident. Only violations of rules
may be protested. Such rules include, but are not limited to, pitcher pitching too many innings in a week, ineligible player on roster,
etc. An umpire’s call on individual plays will NOT be overruled. All umpire’s decisions are FINAL.
In order for a protest to be accepted it must be received in writing by the division representative within 24 hours of the protested
games scheduled start time. For example, if the game started Thursday at 6pm, the protest must be received in writing by Friday at
6pm. No exceptions. All protests must include detailed information include the exact rule that is in question of violation.
