Today, the same visitor on 3 devices is logged as 3 unique visitors. As
a result, a job seeker who sees a job on a mobile device from a job
board and the visits a corporate career site at night to apply is not
tracked to the original source. This is HUGE area of investment today
and I believe will dramatically improve the ROI of job sites.
