“Mega Spin” Members Promotion
Terms and conditions
1/ The promoter is Shoalhaven Heads Bowling & Recreation Club Ltd, 76

2/ The promotion shall begin on Sunday 2nd April 2017 and shall end on
Sunday 24th September 2017.
The promotion is for a major cash prize of $5000.
Throughout this period the promotion shall run on the following schedule
Every Sunday 3 names will be drawn from a barrel, at 6:15pm, 6:30pm,
and 6:45 pm
3/ The promotion is open to all financial members of Shoalhaven Heads
Bowling & Recreation Club Ltd, who during the advertised promotion period
of every Sunday between 10:00 am and 6:00pm swipes their membership
card in the Members kiosk located in the foyer of the Club, will receive one
(1) ticket entry into the minor draw, which will be automatically created and
manually placed into a barrel. At the end of each promotion period at the
above mentioned times 1 name will be drawn out of the barrel and that
person if present or until a name drawn is of a member who is on the
premises, will get the opportunity to press the button on a computerized
number generator which is programmed with the number of patrons who
have swiped at the members kiosk during the period 10am to 6pm, e.g. 1387, with the total number of patrons retrieved via our S7000 program. The
number they spin up on the number generator will be the amount of cash
they win at that time, with their ticket then being placed into a major prize
barrel. Entry tickets will only be valid for the date of each promotion period.

4/ On the 24th September 2017 at 5:30pm the major prize draw will begin
with minor prize winners being drawn out of major prize barrel 1 at a time
will be given the opportunity to press the button on the computerized
number generator which is programmed from 1 to 78, with the grand prize
of $5000 being allocated to the number 1.
Each contestant of which there will be 78 will be given the opportunity to
spin up number 1 on the number generator, if they spin another number
they receive that amount in cash. The promotion will cease once the major
prize has been won.
5/ all employees of Shoalhaven Heads Bowling & Recreation Club are
ineligible to enter the promotion.
6/ all the winners will be announced over the Club’s internal P.A. system.
