Vacation Enrichment Programme [VEP]

Dear Parents,
Summer vacations are a welcome break for our children- a break from getting up early in the morning and
following a fixed schedule. They are a great time to learn new things. Keeping this in mind, we have planned
interesting and creative Vacation Enrichment Programme (VEP) for our little ones to keep them engaged and to
channelize their energies. It’s time to have fun, create and invent .It is the best time to revise all the topics
covered in the month of April and May.
ENGLISHQ.1. Project (Application based)
Play with Words ( work with friends or parents) :
On A4 size colored pastel sheet build a word stair in 10 minutes . Decorate it nicely. You can be as creative
1. Write a four –letter word of your choice.
2. The next person (parent/friends ) will use the last letter of the word to build another four-letter word.
3.Continue till you build a big stair.

Q.2. Life Skills (Value Based)
Good Habits
A habit is something that you do often and regularly. For example , brushing your teeth every day . Some habits
are good and some habits are not so good.
On a pastel sheet (any color) can you make a list of the good habits that you have? Share them with your parents
and friends. Now, list out three bad habits that you feel you have. Discuss with your parents or friends as to what
you can do to change them.
For example . I wake up late every day.
What I can do: Set an alarm and make sure I wake up on time.
