I, _____ __________________, agree to purchase a space for $50.00 to display my approved
products and/or services as a Vendor during the T.N.T. Event Planning’s Back 2 School Vendor
Expo on August 13, 2016 at Columbia Place Mall, 7201 Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC 29223,
from 10am to 6pm.

I agree to the following terms and guidelines:
1) Bring my own tables (limit 2), chairs, and materials to set up & sell items.
2) Cover table with a Table cloth.
3) Only one business can be represented per space. If you vend multiple businesses you
must purchase a vendor space for each business.
4) Pay a non-refundable $50.00 fee will be paid to secure my space for this event.
5) I will pay a $50.00 cancellation fee (that will be invoiced to me via PayPal) if I am a
No Call/No Show to the event and/or if I cancel less than 24 hours before the event.
Legal action will be taken if the Cancellation fee is assessed and not paid.
6) All Vendor Registration fees are Final. No refunds will be given.
7) Be at Columbia Place Mall to set up at 7:00am on August 13, 2016.
8) Have my space set up and ready for customers by 9:00am on August 13, 2016.
9) Have table attended at all times by a representative of my business.
10) I will not leave the event early unless pre-approved by T.N.T. Event Planning staff or
in the event of an extreme emergency, I will notify a T.N.T. Event Planning before

11) Conduct myself in a Professional manner.
12) No Helium Balloons allowed in the mall (NO EXCEPTIONS).
13) No Adult themed items can be displayed or sold.
14) Be respectful and courteous to other vendors and patrons.
15) T.N.T. Event Planning is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing items during
this event.
By signing this form I am confirming that I have read, accept, and agree to the aforementioned
terms and conditions. I understand that the $50.00 Vendor Fee non-refundable and must be paid
via PayPal ([email protected]) by August 5, 2016 to secure my space for the event.
