HÜPPE Xtensa pure
The new transparency dimension
Bad Zwischenahn – In a splash-proof manner, a HÜPPE Xtensa pure
elegantly closes off any recess to be used as a shower. On request,
this shower enclosure can bring about a floor-flush, light-flooded
shower - one which all generations will enthuse over. After all, the
Phoenix Design configured HÜPPE Xtensa pure not only impresses
thanks to its functionality and transparency. Details such as the
stabilizer, wall attachment profiles and the diminutive handle gleam in
attractive high-gloss silver and emphasize good bathroom designing.
With the sliding door practically disappearing behind the fixed segment,
there is ample room for entering the shower. The floor roller bar taking up
the innovative sliders at the bottom edge of the glass panel is extremely flat
and, as such, creates a practically unimpeded entry. Thanks to this sliding
mechanism, HÜPPE Xtensa pure does without the upper guide profile
which can limit headroom in the bathroom - even with the sliding door
opened - and thus be a nuisance. Just by using a stabilizer, the shower
enclosure can be securely fixed up to 1250mm from the wall.
HÜPPE Xtensa pure thus creates a shower up to a maximum 1250mm
depth and a 2000mm width. The client can, to his liking, either have it
installed on a shower tray or directly on tiles in a floor-flush manner.
Three variants
HÜPPE Xtensa pure is also available as a stand-alone walk-in either
classically fitted with just a wall attachment or combined with a side panel.
In front of a recess or with a fixed side panel, this then completely closed
sliding door shower enclosure provides a particularly high degree of splash
protection - notwithstanding the unique transparency involved. HÜPPE
Xtensa pure sliding doors can be supplied as standard in widths of
1
1000mm to 1800mm. Made-to-measure solutions are possible to a width of
2000mm.
Cleaning done in no time at all
If requested, the proven HÜPPE Anti-Plaque coating can be applied on the
glass panels of a HÜPPE Xtensa pure. This long-life surface ensures that
the segments get dirty much more slowly than window glass, for example,
and are particularly easy to clean with a soft cloth without using coarse
cleaners. Cleaning the glass segments is also helped by the roller guides
that fit flush on the inside. A cleaning aid included in delivery helps you to
quickly clean and dry the shower.

In fact, the product series received the "interior innovation award 2015" in
January to be followed in March by the "Red Dot Award: Product Design
2015".

The HÜPPE Xtensa pure frameless sliding door closes recesses of any
width in a dimensionally flexible way. After all, its highly unusual
transparent design makes it immaterial as to how pronounced the sliding
door and the fixed segment overlap. This, moreover, facilitates installation
and saves on costs for the client with expensive made-to-measure designs
for widths of up to 1800mm.
