Entry to the prize draw is automatic upon completion of the Halfords customer satisfaction survey available at www.giveusasteer.com or via telephone at 0330 808 1102 (UK) or 076 888 7244 (ROI). No purchase necessary. Final date for receipt of entries for any month is the last day of that calendar month. Only one entry per person per month. 4. Each month, 1 prize winner will win a Halfords gift card of either £100 (in the event of a UK based winner) or €100 (in the event of a ROI based winner). This prize is only to be used by the named winner and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Halfords will send out the cards on receipt of the winner’s details from the Promoter. 5. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries in the applicable calendar month. 6. No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prize. Prizes are not transferable. 7. By submitting a survey and entering a monthly draw participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms & conditions. By entering a monthly draw and agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants release the Promoter and Halfords; their respective parents and affiliates; the employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of each of the foregoing; and the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the foregoing from any claims, demands, payments, actions, or causes of action for damages or loss or in the case of injury to the extent permitted by law, arising as a result of participating or attempting to participate in the promotion and/or accepting a prize. 12. If a prize winner cannot be contacted by telephone or email within 7 days of the draw, that prize will be forfeited without notice and an alternative winner will be drawn. The prize will be sent to the winner within 8-10 weeks of receipt of notification. 13. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity as specified by the Promoter. 14.
