The travel agent has full visibility on every interaction and can easily assist the entire group to
plan and book their travel. Agents set up which content is available: airfare, car rental, hotels,
tours, cruises and excursions. The agent also has the ability override any of the Intrwiz OTA
pricing or add their own custom content directly into each trip. Once the customer (or group of
customers) is ready to confirm, the agent seamlessly makes the booking using their usual
channels, then, uploads the e-doc for each customer to see and continues using the
collaborative platform to guide customers through their journey. The agent can also use the
suppliers already built into the platform instead of their own, and then generate commission on
all products.
Each interaction is tracked in real-time on the Intrwiz dashboard giving the travel agent full
visibility and business intelligence that converts leads into bookings. Customers can invite the
agent into any trip environment at any time to assist with the help of real-time chat.
The platform also boasts a control panel that allows the travel agent to personalize the trip
planning environment; they can add their logo, change the look and feel, upload custom content,
filters, markups, edocs, emails, and more.

their own portal. Any additional agent is charged at $25.00 per month or $250.00 per annum.
