Players registering after June 15th will be randomly assigned to teams on an as-needed basis to complete team rosters. All players are placed on age appropriate teams and requests to move up will be open only to available space on rosters. Players new to Pleasant Hill Soccer Club must provide a copy of their birth certificate prior to team placement. Team Divisions – Based on players age in 2017… U06 4 - 5 years old – 4v4; roster max. 6 U08 6 - 7 years old – 4v4; roster max. 6 U10 8 - 9 years old – 7v7; roster max. 12 U12 10 - 11 years old – 9v9; roster max. 16 U14 12 - 13 years old – 11v11; roster max. 18 U16 14 - 15 years old – 11v11; roster max. 18 U19 16 - 18 years old – 11v11; roster max. 18 U14 - U19, small side – 7v7; roster max. 14 on U12 field Code of Conduct By signing a registration form, each parent agrees to read and follow the Code of Conduct Policy, Team Placement Policy and Refund Policy. Coaches and volunteers must sign and return the Coaches Code of Conduct Form, Coach Registration Form and complete a background check every two years. Registration Fees and Uniforms All players must wear a PHSC uniform or team t-shirt; no outside uniforms are allowed U06 $50 Includes team t-shirt. Players must provide black shorts and socks, shin guards and shoes U08 $60 Includes team t-shirt. Players must provide black shorts and socks, shin guards and shoes U10 $60 Players will need to purchase a NEW PHSC uniform separately. U12 – U19 $85 Players will need to purchase a NEW PHSC uniform separately. Premier/Select $300 Per Season - Includes entry fee for two tournaments and select team fee. Uniform is separate. Family Max $150 Not available with online registration or premier/select team players or late registrations Late Fee A $20 per player late fee is assessed to registrations received after June 15th Refunds Refund requests must be submitted in writing prior to team placement –June 30th and subject to the PHSC board approval – with no refunds once games have started for the season *** UNIFORM CHANGE for FALL 2017*** All U10 -U19 players must purchase a NEW PHSC Uniform separately at Soccer Masters in Urbandale or online at https://myuniform.soccermaster.com by July 15th to guarantee delivery prior to season start. Announcements Coach’s Meeting – Pleasant Hill Library – August 20th First weekend of games –TBA Practices begin 1 - 2 weeks before games. Coaches will contact you with practice days and times. Seven to Eight games will be played during a season. No games will be played on holiday weekends. Volunteering PHSC is a volunteer organization whose purpose it is to organize and promote the sport of soccer to the youth of Pleasant Hill and surrounding areas. We can achieve this only through the continued effort of parent volunteers.
