ENHANCER CORP CREATIONS ONLINE (ECO) DATABASE VIEWER This part of the program is so you can create and share online databases. First you need to create a Database. ADD NEW CATEGORIES TO DATABASE 1. Click on Add to Database button. 2. Type in the name you want to call this category. 3. Click on the first Pick File to get the information for that category. You may choose a movie, document, or text file. Next to the File name, there is a drop down menu, to choose a text file “TXT” or a regular document “DOC”. You may choose instructions or any type of Word or Text document that you want in this file. You do not have to fill in all Pick Files, but you do need to choose a document or text file, giving instructions or an introduction to this project. If you choose not to have a text or document file for an introduction, and you would prefer a movie file, click on pick file, and then go to the file where the movie presentation is stored. 4. Under Presentation Files and Programs, you may select a PowerPoint Presentation, any type of file, or folder with a file in it to add for this category. This is optional. 5. You may select 3 different movies or movie clips for this category by clicking on the 2rd, 3th, and/or 4th Pick Files, to select which movie or movie clips you want to add to this category. You have the option to choose up to 3 angles of video that can play at the same time, by selecting the Play All Angles or play each movie separately. (See Adding a Skip to DVD, in order to play only certain parts of a DVD). 6. Click on the Audio Pick File, to select which Audio file you want with your category. This selection is optional. You may add music or audio tracks by downloading them into your computer. 7. Click save, in order to save all the files that go with this category. After you save the project, click on the “X” in the upper right-hand corner to close out. 8. You may also add multiple categories to this program for your presentation. Click on the “Add to Database” button to add another category. This feature will help you organize and ensure that you have all the information you want within this program/project. You may add many audio tracks to the program you have created. For instance you may call it Step1, add an audio file, and save. Repeat this process for as many tracks that you want on your program or presentation. 9. Now let’s preview what you have inserted in this project and show the entire Presentation. Select the saved category under the menu bar to the left. Click on Execute to bring up the document or text file, along with the buttons of your selections of presentations, movies, audio files, etc. Clicking on the Audio button turns it off and on. If you selected three different movie clips, you can play the individual movie clip on Full Screen mode by double clicking on View 1, View 2, or View 3. If you want to delete all the information on the form and start all over, click on the “Clear All” button. 1. Copy the EnhancerMainFolder and paste it into a folder on your website. 2. Select ECO Database Viewer on the top menu bar. 3. Type in the URL address on what folder contains the EnhancerMainFolder. 4. Select Change URL. 5. Select the Copy button to copy the code in the textbox. 6. Paste the code inside your website. Now your users can copy and paste the address that contains your database. They can now Open Online Creations by pasting the location inside the Online Website textbox. OPEN ONLINE DATABASES To Access Eco Database Viewer, Select File, Open Online Creations, and then select Enhancer Corp Database button. This will bring up categories of the online databases for presentations, tutorials, movies with a skip feature. 1. Go to your website, and select the location of where you have added the EnhancerMainFolder, then copy the location. 2. Select File, Open Online Creations, and then paste the URL to the Website textbox. 3. Now select the Refresh button at the top. 4. Click on the Add button under Online Presentation button to add multiple website locations to the list box. 5. You can also add the location of the presentation or tutorial into the Favorites, by clicking on the Add button under Favorites. OPEN ONLINE DATABASES OPEN FOR MOVIE SKIP 1. Select Custom Movie from the menu bar. 2. Select Open Online Databases 3. Type in a website where you have added the EnhancerMainFolder. 4. Click on Online Database button.
