Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the
Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of
the prize draw.
2. Upon purchase of a No.1 Currency Prepaid MasterCard Travel Money card (“the Product”)
with a minimum load of £200/$200/€200 via the URL given to you by a staff member from our
No.1 Currency own store network across the UK, customers will have the chance to enter
the prize draw by answering the prize draw question. Customers can purchase one currency
card each (one EUR, one USD & one GBP card), and have the chance to be entered into the
prize draw three times by completing a card purchase per currency with the minimum loads for
each as identified above and then answering the prize draw question. All entrants answering
the prize draw question correctly will be entered into the draw.
3. The opening date for entries is 12:01AM on 3 April 2017. The closing date of the prize draw is
12AM30 June 2017. No entries will be accepted after this time.
4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online,
the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete
purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
5. There will be three prize draws (dates provided below). Every customer who purchases the
Product will be supplied with a unique order number, whichwill then be entered into a
computerized random draw selector (performed by a computer process) on 2May, 1 June and
3 July 2017 - "Draw Dates").
6. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within two (2)
days of the draw date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does
not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the
winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in
accordance with the process described above.
7. Once the winner accepts the prize, £100/€100/$100 will be automatically added, within 2 days,
to the winners travel money card balance.In the event the winner has purchased multiple
cards, they may choose which card they wish to have the prize loaded to.
8. In the event that the winner does not accept the prize or does not comply with any of these
terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at
random.
9. The prize does not include any costs associated with taking the prize. The prize for the winner
is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and
no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. The winner's first name and county can be obtained by sending an email to
[email protected] within three (3) days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and
conditions upon purchase of the Product. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or
refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where
it becomes necessary to do so.
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any
circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any
loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except
where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their
employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include
the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
16. By entering the competition you consent to the Promoter processing your personal information
for the purposes of administering this competition. The Promoter will take all reasonable
precautions to keep personal information secure. Personal information will not be shared or
used for any other purpose except as stated above unless the Promoter is required, or
permitted to do so, as a result of any governmental laws and regulations, by a court order or to
any business or persons to whom we transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party
suppliers only insofar as required for fulfillment, delivery or arrangement of the prize. You are
entitled to ask the Promoter as a controller of the data to supply you with any personal
information that it holds about you by writing to it. The Promoter will delete any incorrect
information or correct any errors in any of the personal data that come to our notice.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the
jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. The Promoter of this prize draw is FEXCO Limited with company no. 01968932 and registered
offices at 15 Galena Road, London W6 0LT.
