Cobras FC GU12 Fundraising Policy All fundraising activities must be pre-approved. The division of proceeds will be decided ahead of time, if it is an individual or team activity. For team fundraising parents can opt not to participate, however may be required to donate a minimum if determined there is one. Individual: Poinsettias, Wreaths, Cheesy Eddies, Delta Sonic Tickets - proceeds go toward player’s accounts Team: Long Pond Family Restaurant, McDonalds, Applebee’s Flap Jack - proceeds go towards team budget to reduce overall costs to the team/players regardless of what was raised by an individual. If a player does not return the following year, the proceeds from previous year will not be paid out to the player, but will follow the team. For example: Suzie raised $100 for Applebee’s Flapjack, only $50 of the $100 was used and the player did not return the following year for any reason (did not make the team, went to another team…) All individual budget payments will be applied to hard cost first and then as funds are raised money will be applied to team budget to reduce overall costs.
