BBF: Implementation
• Identify local project leader
• Identify and invite 10-12 committee members
 Members are responsible for scoring BBF metric
 Each member participates in no more than three gears
• Conduct five meetings for baseline assessment process
• Produce and submit deliverables to Yale University in specified time frame
