The Phelps Regional Health Care Foundation (Hospital Foundation) is
making plans for our 19th annual golf tournament to be held on June 5,
2017 (rain date June 19) at Oak Meadow Country Club in Rolla, MO.
The Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit that assists in
providing resources to the many patients served by Phelps County
Regional Medical Center (PCRMC). This year’s tournament proceeds will
help support the Delbert Day Cancer Institute at Phelps County Regional
Medical Center. The Delbert Day Cancer Institute provides comprehensive,
coordinated, compassionate and cutting-edge cancer care in the
communities we serve.
We are anticipating a highly-successful and well-attended outing again
this year and are asking for your support of our tournament to help us
reach our goal of $110,000. We have many marketing and sponsorship
opportunities, which gives your company recognition at the event for being
a Hospital Foundation and PCRMC sponsor.
Again in 2017, the “HELP” package is included with your paid sponsorship.
Each foursome will receive one “HELP” package, which includes mulligans,
tossigans and a “pro for hire.” We are also excited to announce a new
sponsorship opportunity, which gives you the chance to sponsor, for 12
months, 1 of 2 Bells of Hope. The Bells of Hope are brass bells that cancer
patients will ring to celebrate the completion of their treatment. Please see
the next page for more information about this one-of-a-kind opportunity.
