DIRECTIONS TO THE NEW FOREST CENTRE LYNDHURST
The New Forest Centre is in the main car park in Lyndhurst, the car
park is clearly signed from the High Street with a large coach park and
public toilets. It is advisable during the summer months to enter
Lyndhurst via Ashurst on the A35 as this avoids the long queues from
Cadnam and the M27 Junction 1.
DIRECTIONS TO BOLDERWOOD CAR PARK





From the main car park in Lyndhurst High Street, leave via the exit
turning right in to the High Street, you are in a one-way system.
Take the first right turn, follow the signs for Christchurch A35, keep in
right hand lane, after the road splits at Goose Green get in to the left
hand lane still following the signs to Christchurch A35.
You are now in Chapel Lane, travel along the lane, at the end turn left.
The road is now two way traffic, travel along the road for a short
distance. Turn right at the White Swan Inn Public House following sign
for Emery Down.
Go through the small village of Emery Down, pass the church on your
left, indicate to go left, turning by the New Forest Inn Public House,
following the sign to Bolderwood and Linwood.
Follow the road for 4 miles, until you get to an open area, with a large
Forestry Commission car park, Bolderwood. Grid ref:SU242086,
nearest postcode SO43 7GQ. There are Toilets and picnic tables for
schools and the general public throughout the year. (Coach drivers
please note, the entrance to the first gateway is very narrow)
Please make sure your coach driver is aware that they must not use
Bolderwood Arboretum Ornamental Dr.
