For just £12 a year, you can help us raise £720* a year for the
school to help fund equipment, resources and opportunities for
pupils, whilst being in with a chance of winning a cash prize
every quarter, of up to:
1st Prize £75
2nd Prize £30
3rd Prize £15

Anyone over the age of 18 - Parents, Friends, School Staff, Governors and members of the local
community can pay into The 100 Club on a quarterly basis with a chance of winning a cash prize!
Membership costs £3 a quarter (£12 a year). You may join as many times as you wish.
There will be 3 winners drawn each quarter, with the prize money being 40% if the membership income
for that quarter. The remaining 60% goes to the school to help fund equipment, resources and
opportunities for the pupils
The quarterly draws will take place on the following dates:
1st March (Payment date 1st February)
1st June (Payment date 1 st May)
1st September (Payment date 1 st August)
1st December (Payment date 1 st November)
If you win, a cheque will be posted to your home address, and the names of winners will be published
on our newsletter, Facebook page and website.
To join, please complete the attached Standing Order Mandate and Application Form, and return to
school for the attention of Cat Lock (Friends of AHS)

Rules of The Friends of Alexander Hosea 100 Club















The 100 Club exists to raise funds for Alexander Hosea Primary School
The 100 Club will be run under the supervision of the Friends of Alexander Hosea Primary School, who will also
administer the Club
The 100 Club is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old, who has filled in an application form and completed a
Standing Order for m
The club has a limit of 100 members at any one time. If more wish to join, a waiting list will be established and new
members will be ad mitted to the 100 Club in the order they joined the waiting list, as vacancies occur.
Membership numbers cannot be chosen, and will be allocated in order.
The annual membership to the 100 Club costs £12 per year (paid as four quarterly payments of £3) paya ble by Standing
Order to the Friends of Alexander Hosea Primary School 100 Club
The relevant numbers for all paid up members will be entered into the draw
The draws shall be held in the months of March, June, September & December
In each draw, the prize money will be 40% of the membership income for that quarter. There will be 3 prizes:
1st Prize = 25% (£75 If 100 members)
2nd Prize = 10% (£30 If 100 members)
3rd Prize = 5%
(£15 If 100 members)
Registers are kept r ecording contact information for each member, and the number(s) allocated to them. Subscriptions
received are checked quarterly.
The decision of the ‘Friends’ committee shall be final in all matters requiring adjudication
Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the club if his or her payment is not made on the due
date
If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into ‘Friends funds after 6 months.
It is the member’s responsibility to cancel a standing order with their bank, this can be done at any time.
The ‘Friends’ committee shall also have the power to amend or revoke these rules at their absolute discr etion with such
reasonable notice to the members as necessary
