Registration
• Fill out Registration form (available at table)
• Registration includes sizes for shirt, shorts,
and hoodie sweatshirt.
• Pay $100 Down payment so we can get
clothing on order in time for the beginning of
the season.
• You may also order a boathouse jacket for
$75.

Dues & Fundraising
• Dues are $800/wrestler, $700/freshmen
• $150 off dues for working (4) volunteer shifts
• All wrestlers sell 15 rolls of trash bags. $10 off
dues for every roll of trash bags above 15.
• Other optional ways of reducing dues:
– Waffle House cards. $100 for a pack of 10 cards.
$50 off dues per pack of 10.
– Boxes of Steak. $30 off dues for each box sold.
– Sponsorships. See next slide.

Physicals
• All athletes at Lambert must register through
Privit system before they can compete.
• Physical Forms must be downloaded to Privit
or brought to Jayne Conley, the Lambert
Athletic Secretary.

Wrestling Building
• Preliminary design is for stand alone 60’ x 100’
building.
• Working with contractors on pricing and design.
• Internal construction (electrical, plumbing, HVAC,
etc.) is large cost. If you have a relationship with a
company that can help with this (supplies, labor,
preferred pricing, etc.) please contact me.

Communication
• Primary communication with parents will be via
email. Once the season starts we will send out
weekly emails each Sunday with the schedule and
news for the upcoming week.
• Primary communication between coaches and
wrestlers will be via text and group messages.

Parent to Coach
Preferred is email: email is checked during working hours
at work and home. Try not to text if it can be in an email
and isn’t urgent. Text come during non working hours.
Meetings: email to set up a phone or personal meeting. If
it involves the wrestler the wrestler may need to attend.
Incidences that require discipline: get the whole truth
from your wrestler then contact the coach via email for a
meeting/conversation.
If upset….. Please use the 24 hour rule.
